CLASSES
Vinyasa (Guided)
This style of Vinyasa is a creative and energetic practice linking breath with movement. A guided sequence of postures that improves strength, flexibility and stamina while attaining balance in the mind and body.
Vinyasa (Free Flow)
This style of Vinyasa is a creative and energetic practice linking breath with movement. A balance of a guided sequence of postures mixed with unguided free flowing time and space allows students to take their practice into their own hands and pace finding fluidity in their movements and breath. This styles improves strength, flexibility and stamina while attaining balance in the mind and body.
Core Vinyasa
This style of Vinyasa is a creative and energizing practice that links breath with movement to build strength from the center outward. A guided sequence of postures that improves strength, flexibility and stamina while attaining balance in the mind and body. Expect intentional core engagement woven throughout the flow, with moments that challenge balance, resilience, and presence.
Slow Flow
This style links breath with slower movement while focusing on longer holds. A guided sequence of postures that improves strength, flexibility and stamina while attaining balance in the mind and body. Great practice for beginners.
26 Fusion
This style of Yoga includes the traditional Hot Yoga method of 26 postures in a slow flow format that detoxifies both mind and body. Class begins with guided meditation followed by a set sequence of postures that increase muscle memory, strength and flexibility. Great practice for beginners or students looking to advance their existing practice.
Yin
This style is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
Restorative
This style involves props which are used to support the body in postures to ensure muscles are completely relaxed. Postures are held between 2-6+ minutes to reduce stress in the mind and body and to stretch the body's fascia and deep connective tissues. Additional benefits: enhances flexibility, deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind, improves capacity for healing and balancing, balances the nervous system and boosts the immune system.
Yoga Sculpt
This style of class is composed of Vinyasa yoga, traditional strength and cardio training. The sequence of moves, combined with the heat, will help stretch and strengthen the muscles with the use of light weights (optional).
Strength Training
This style of class is a full body workout focused on improving muscular endurance, toning, stability and overall strength with the use of light weights (optional). This workout targets all major muscle groups using compound and isolation movements.
Pilates
This style of class is practiced on a yoga mat. This workout is a form of strength training focusing on improving muscle tone, circulation and flexibility. Combined with the heat, Pilates creates long lean muscle mass and burns fat resulting in greater stability, endurance and a stronger core
