Do I need a yoga mat?
Yes. Mats are personal items, so we invite you to bring one that feels right and comfortable for you.

Do class packages expire?
Yes, all class packages include expiration dates.
Can class packs be extended?
Extensions are not generally offered, though accommodations may be considered for extenuating circumstances.
I’m new to yoga, where should I start?
You’re very welcome here. Take a look at our class descriptions to find a style that feels right for you. Many of our classes are accessible to beginners and open to all levels.
Do I need to pre-register for class?
Pre-registration is recommended, especially during busy times and holidays.
What should I wear? What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Props and equipment are provided, and you’re always welcome to bring your own.
Can I practice yoga while pregnant?
Yes. Class recommendations vary based on your experience and stage of pregnancy. We encourage you to arrive a little early to speak with your instructor about modifications, and to consult your doctor beforehand.
Can I take class if I’m injured or have limitations?
If needed, please consult your doctor and let your instructor know before class so they can help support your practice.
How hot are heated classes?
Heated classes are typically held between 85–95°F.
Do you offer childcare?
At this time, we do not offer childcare.
