26 Fusion

Experience the traditional Hot Yoga method of 26 postures in a slow flow format that detoxifies both mind and body. A true blend of balance, strength and flexibility. Class begins with a guided meditation followed by a set sequence of postures. Through a set sequence of postures/asanas, students will learn the yoga asanas while increasing their muscle memory, strength and flexibility. This format is a great way to start a new yoga practice or advance an existing one. By showing up to your mat knowing the class structure and poses, students will build confidence and observe growth in their yoga journey. No chaturangas in this class so perfect for those healing a shoulder injury or just wanting to give their shoulders a break from chaturangas.


Ashtanga

Students will be guided into an Ashtanga practice, focusing on the poses listed in it’s primary series. Emphasis on the postures will be reinforced with direct alignment cues, breath instruction, accompanied by assists & adjustments from the instructor. This class is conducted in a heated room to help promote detoxification, and lengthening of your muscles leaving you feeling relaxed, cleansed, and a focused mind.


Ashtanga Remix

This Remix brings a fresh feel to the ancient practice of Ashtanga. A perfect marriage between the strict structure of Ashtanga and the fun playfulness of vinyasa. The teacher will help guide you into your breath as you guide your body into foundational movement that generates strength and flexibility. Sprinkled throughout the grounded primary series of Ashtanga, you will experience the fluidity of a vinyasa flow. This fully guided practice cultivates discipline and creativity in a heated room with upbeat music.


Creative Flow (Heated)

Experience a flow style practice where poses are woven together using alignment, dynamic breathing and long holds.

Each part of the mental, physical and emotional body is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way. Classes are structured around a main theme. There is dedicated time to warm up the practitioners so they have their best shot at achieving the peak pose(s).

Arm balances and inversions included in every class with a chance to explore new poses, variations and transitions with the support of the teacher or wall. This practice builds strength, flexibility and mind-body connection.


Hatha

Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. There are many styles of Hatha Yoga. Some use a specific series of postures; others use a flow of movements, while some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. All styles of Hatha Yoga, however, encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Our Hatha Yoga classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga.

Mobility Flow (Heated)

This is a dynamic sequenced practice that focuses on balance, joint mobility and flexibility through both active and passive range of motion.

Pilates (Heated)

Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat and increases fitness levels.

It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.


Restorative

When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga is a beautiful healing style of yoga that helps provide the physical and mental balance to reduce and prevent stress and anxiety. Class begins with a guided meditation followed by calming breathing exercises and relaxing postures.  In restorative yoga, props are used to support the body in postures to ensure muscles are completely relaxed. Postures are held between 2-6+ minutes to reduce stress in the mind and body and to stretch the body's fascia and deep connective tissues. Additional benefits: enhances flexibility, deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind, improves capacity for healing and balancing, balances the nervous system, boosts the immune system, develops qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self and enhances mood states. Discover for yourself the power of stillness.

Rise & Energize

Vinyasa style practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations, dynamic breathing and long holdings. Each part of the body (inside and out) is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way.

This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies. Vinyasa is a fun and creative practice requiring focus and dedication.

This class moves at a quick pace; therefore, some Yoga experience is helpful prior to starting this class but not mandatory. There are modifications given through out class. You are stronger than you think you are!


Sculpt (Heated)

Heated Sculpt Yoga is composed of vinyasa yoga, traditional strength and cardio training. The sequence of moves, combined with a heated room, will help stretch the muscles while strengthening them through a light weight workout. Although light weights are used in this work-out, they are not necessary. This is a full-body workout.

Class length varies: 45-minute (labeled “express” on schedule), 60-minute, or 75-minute classes are available.


Slow Flow + Meditation

A balanced 60-minute practice that awakens and soothes the mind, body and spirit that includes a pranayama (breathing) exercise, integrated awareness of the body through flowing moon salutations, some balance and yin postures and finishes with a guided meditation. This practice will ground your energy and lead to dynamic movement that will help you relax and calm your nervous system.

The conclusion of this practice will nurture your soul further with a deep restoration supported by bolsters, yoga blocks and blanket while partaking in a guided meditation.

Occasional sound bath with quartz sound bowls.


Vinyasa

Yin

Through a deep stretch, you will be guided into sustained stretching poses (yin poses), designed to support and preserve joint, bone and connective tissue health. Assisted by the use of props, you will be encouraged to relax your body and breath to allow the pull of gravity to deepen your stretch. Yin yoga will help improve your overall mobility and range of motion, specifically in the hips, pelvis and spine.


Yin (Heated)

Hot Yin is designed to open the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury that resides within.
