Class Policies
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your class to allow time to sign in at the front desk and get settled into the studio.
The studio doors close once class begins. Late students will be allowed one minute before their spot is given and will not be let in to protect other students.
If you must leave early, please find a spot near the door, and always do so quietly and before savasana (final relaxation), which is typically the last 5-7 minutes of class.
Always remove your shoes before entering the studio.
Observe quietly in the studio before, during, and after class. This is a quiet space and many students use the time prior to and after class as an opportunity to stretch and/or meditate.
No cell phones will be allowed in the studio. Not even on vibrate or silent as the vibration and light may disturb other students.
No perfumes, colognes or heavy scents of any kind in the studio.
Take rest or water whenever you need it; always honor your body.
Register on Mindbody with Liability Waiver signed. Accommodating Walk-ins is at teacher’s discretion and not always possible.
While at Revival you agree to abide by our policies and liability waiver.
If you signed up on Mindbody to reserve your space in class and can no longer attend, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance.
A class will be deducted from your class pack or a $15 charge will be placed on your membership account upon failure to cancel within time. This policy is a courtesy towards members of our student community who want to attend classes that appear fully booked and thereby preventing their signing up. We want to give all students the same and fair opportunities at Revival.
Class Pack Expiration Policy
All class packs have stated expiry dates that cannot be extended.
Guest Pass Policy
Yoga is all about community and here at Revival we encourage sharing your yoga practice with family and friends. Monthly membership holders can bring one guest for free per month. This privilege applies only once per guest. Guest must be new to Revival and register, sign in for class through Mindbody. Email us in advance with request for a complimentary pass when you plan to bring a guest. Guests must be accompanied in class by member.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased online through Mindbody and any remaining balance on valid Gift Cards can be redeemed against any Mindbody purchased item by providing its unique card number. Gift cards purchased online can also be redeemed online (self-service).
Purchase Policy
All purchases are final, no refunds, no returns. Membership Contract purchases are only available with a credit card on file and set up with automatic recurring payments per contracted terms.
